Elize du Toit (born 5 September 1981 in Grahamstown, South Africa) is a British actress best known for playing the role of Izzy Davies in the Channel 4 Soap Opera Hollyoaks from 2000 to 2004, with a brief return in 2007. She was educated at the prestigious Wellington College as a 6th form member of the Apsley Girls' House for two years.
She then attended the University of Edinburgh, with Pop Idol contestant and 3rd place runner up Darius Danesh and Tom Chaplin of the band Keane.
Having been born in South Africa she is fluent in Afrikaans.
She has previously dated TV presenter Max Rushden.
